Coordinated the implementation of IT controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in International Upstream locations.
Monitored schedules and provided resources to insure that all sites met the requirements of the Information Technology section of the new Sarbanes-Oxley law.

One year assignment in Bangkok to hire and train a local IT manager.

IT Project Manager for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium

The $180MM IT portion of the $2.6B CPC project was on time and on budget.
Coordinated the work of 80 staff members, international contractors, and government agencies to maintain schedule and minimize costs.
The project resulted in state-of-the-art control systems, computer applications and fiber-optic telecommunications for the Caspian Pipeline.
